ANARCHOPORN #4 - feminanarcho

The 4th installment of the ANARCHOPORN series is here - right in time for the Thessaloniki Tattoo Circus this weekend!

Launched with a neologism FEMINANARCHO is a collection of interviews with female-identified anarchists from across Europe ... featuring the recollections of Di Parkin on anarchism in the 60s, Leona from ethical-pornsters Fuck For Forest, Hannie from the Anarchist Group Nijmegan, a chat with Cartoon Kate on her artwork and motherhood, and one from the archives of Organise! with an anarchist dominatrix.

The tattoo circus is being organised for the benefit of imprisoned combatants in Greece, and all funds raised will go to their ongoing support, legally, financially, in solidarity. I'll be riding on the coat-tails of artist oneslutriot who is attending ... be sure to come along and get cut if you're around!

about tattoo circus

Tattoo Circus is a self-organized festival with clear political characteristics which targets both the financial as well as in general the support of imprisoned fighters. The idea of TC began in 2007 in Rome from an initiative of comrades and since then has traveled to several cities of Europe (Barcelona, Berlin, London, Madrid, Thessaloniki, Basel, etc.) managing to support( both financially and morally) imprisoned comrades . T.C. is not a way of promoting tattoos and piercings as a lifestyle in the way in which the official tattoo conventions do around the world. It is one more mean for our solidarity towards all those who have found themselves imprisoned for their ideas and their actions against this “prison society”. It is one more way of communicating between those inside and outside of the prison walls, a meeting point of people with common characteristics, goals and desires against state repression. For this reason it is not only focusing on tattoos, but at the same time political events are planned, there is an exhibition of political posters, concerts, shows, communal kitchen.

For this reason it is not only focusing on tattoos, but at the same time political events are planned, there is an exhibition of political posters, concerts, shows, communal kitchen. The principal of T.C. is that nobody has a personal benefit from this all. All who participate, (from the tattoo artists, till the band and the organizers) know that they offer their time, knowledge, and their labour in order to support the imprisoned fighters.

If you can't make it down, shoot me a message and I'll see if I can deliver you some copies of the zines ...
